Refund policy

Contact support@kutio.tools within 7 days of purchase to request a refund. Include your purchase email and order number. Mandatory rights under applicable local consumer law remain available.

Payments and refunds are handled through Creem, our Merchant of Record. Once a refund is processed, the corresponding KUTIO license is revoked.
